I believe hospitality is one of the most powerful social health interventions available to us. For over twenty years I have worked at the forefront of the drinks industry, building brands and shaping categories, from repositioning Belvedere Vodka at LVMH and creating its Single Estate Rye series, to co-founding Æcorn Aperitifs with Seedlip’s Ben Branson in 2018, creating the world’s first non-alcoholic aperitif. I also launched Drink, Eat, Live, one of the industry’s first platforms for mindful drinking and bartender wellbeing, and served as Head of Luxury Advocacy at Diageo. Today my work sits at the intersection of social health and hospitality, helping drinks brands, venues, and policymakers understand that the spaces where people gather are essential infrastructure for human connection. I am Co-Chair of the Futures Track and a Board Member at Tales of the Cocktail Foundation, Chair of the IWSC Alternative Drinks Awards, and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Distillers.
