Sue Gurner
Sue has spent more than 20 years helping brands build meaningful relationships with culture and the communities that shape it. After building her career at Red Bull and BBC Studios, Sue spent the last seven years helping lead the award-winning creative agency Warm Street, where she played a key role in growing one of the UK’s leading culture-first agencies. She has worked with brands including Nike, Spotify, Netflix, Airbnb, Ray-Ban, Converse and Wray & Nephew across partnerships, experiences and community-led marketing. Today, alongside continuing to support Warm Street in a strategic capacity, Sue runs Glass Half Full Projects, helping creative businesses and brands grow without losing what makes them brilliant. She also supports DYSUJO and Marwick on commercial strategy, partnerships and community growth, helping outdoor businesses scale while staying true to the culture that built them. Now based in Cornwall, Sue is a passionate advocate for the power of regional creativity and believes the strongest brands earn relevance by contributing to communities, not simply marketing to them. She brings a practical perspective on balancing commercial growth with authenticity, credibility and long-term community impact.
